Seminar at CARD Farmers Service Centre in Vardenis

On October 26, Shen NGO organised a seminar at CARD Farmers Service Center in Vardenis. During the seminar the participants watched a tutorial video on late autumn farming activities upon which Shen expert answered their questions. A model of anti-hail net system for homestead orchards with detailed material cost estimates were offered to the participants. They also learnt about the main conditions for disinfection and preservation of seed potatoes. The seminar was attended by 41 farmers from 12 communities. At the end of the event test quantities of natural extracts for autumn spraying of trees and seed potatoes disinfection were provided to the participants.
