Guests from Chene France Visiting Shirak Marz Projects
On August 18, Tigran Shirvanyan, a founding member of Chene France, with a delegation, visited the projects implemented in Shirak Marz.
In Dzitankov, the guests visited the kindergarten and the sports hall. They noted that both facilities were equipped with all the necessary commodities and were working correctly. Both employees and students were delighted with the conditions. However, there were minor shortcomings that will be tackled within a month.
Afterward, in Meghrashat village of Amasia community, the delegation visited "Northern Cheese" women's cooperative. The cooperative has developed its capabilities with the support of "Shen" NGO. In just two years of operation, they have already received an offer to export 5 tons of chechil, an Armenian brined string cheese, to the United States.
Such successes encourage the cooperative members and push them to expand.
