Sarnaghbyur is a village in the Shirak Province of Armenia. The village kindergarten for children under 6 years old is one of the region's best, with continuous, uninterrupted activity for many years. A maximum of 120 children can attend the kindergarten, but the actual number attending the kindergarten is 77 children. 

Considering the number of 1-2-year-old children in the village, this number tends to grow in the nearest future. The building is large enough. However, the group rooms need to be renovated and refurnished. The community has its noticeable input in the renovation, and with the monetary support of the Yalkezian Foundation, this project will be completed by 2023. As a result, the number of children attending kindergarten will increase to 90.
