The development goal of the project is to contribute to the sustainable development of agriculture in Armenia through improved legislation and policy in agricultural cooperation and the demonstration of successful pilot models. 

The objectives of the project are: 

1. Legislation and policy framework of cooperatives improved that fosters establishment and enables sustainable operation of agricultural cooperatives to contribute to the joint supply of inputs, service provision, processing, and joint sales. 

2. New technologies and innovations in agricultural production and processing were introduced through 50 cooperatives, producer groups, and marketing groups.
