Training for farmers from Zorakan
On December 13, a theoretical training-consultation on "Technology of cultivation of high-value crops on land lots" was held in the Zorakan settlement of Noyemberyan consolidated community, Tavush Marz. The training was held within the framework of "The establishment and strengthening of agricultural cooperatives with the use of improved legislation and modern technologies" project implemented by "Shen" NGO with the funding of Bread for the World.
Nine farmers, from which six men and 3 women, from Zorakan settlement attended the training. The expert of “Shen” NGO presented the peculiarities of cultivating high-value crops and managing small greenhouses as a guarantee of getting a high income from a unit area.
The farmers were interested in the topic and had many questions on the topic. Our expert answered all the questions in detail, and at the end handed out informative materials to the participants for further use.
