Training for farmers from Tsovak
On December 19, a theoretical training-consultation on "Peculiarities of vegetable cultivation in greenhouses" was held in Tsovak settlement of Vardenis consolidated community, Gegharkunik Marz.
The training was held within the framework of the "The establishment and strengthening of agricultural cooperatives with the use of improved legislation and modern technologies" project implemented by "Shen" NGO with the funding of Bread for the World.
Seven farmers,- five men and two women from Tsovak settlement took part in the training. "Shen" NGO expert introduced the types of greenhouses, the features of their operation, the technology of growing vegetables in greenhouses, etc.
The training was held in an active question and answer format. Our expert gave comprehensive answers to all the questions raised by the farmers. At the end of the training, we provided all participants with information sheets and professional literature on the topic.
