Dovegh is located in the northeast of Tavush marz. It is part of Noyemberyan enlarged community. The total number of households is 150. Dovegh has a registered population of 690, but the de facto population is 530. 

The village has a community center, which houses the Council's office, the community library, the first aid post, and the art studio. These facilities are in dire need of repair and furnishing. The community is ready to co-finance the projects. 

The wrestling school of Sarnaghbyur is quite popular in the region. 50 students are attending the school, who are not only from Sarnaghbyur, but also from neighbouring villages. The students of the wrestling school are distinguished by high activity of participation in competitions, with noticeable success. The classes are held in the village community centre, which is not appropriately equipped.

With the generous support of the Yalkezian Foundation in 2022, we launched a project for purchasing sports equipment.

There has never been a gym in Shenavan village, though the children and young people of the village are keen on going in for Sports. 

With the support of AYO (Armenian Youth Organisation), we started the construction and equipment of the gym. As during our previous project, this time also, 20 volunteers from France and the community youth joined the construction activities.

The Study of Agrologistics in the Northern regions of Armenia: Shirak, Lori, and Tavush, will mostly focus on the post-harvest loss reduction and export possibilities.

With the support of GIZ, we launched the "Fodder production and pasture improvement as a COVID-19 response measure" project, in November 2021. 

The purpose of the project is to propose such a pilot model for the improvement of pastures and arable lands, the implementation of which will make it possible to restore the purpose of the mentioned plots, increase the income from their exploitation, and ensure additional fodder production.
